J-K: Pakistan violates ceasefire in Poonch

Poonch (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], Oct 6 (ANI): Pakistan on Friday resorted to unprovoked firing along the Line of Control (LoC) in Digwar Sector of Poonch District in Jammu and Kashmir.

The ceasefire began post midnight and continued till morning.

Indian troops retaliated strongly.

No loss of life and property has been reported.

Pakistan yesterday also resorted to unprovoked firing in Digwar Sector of Poonch District.

Earlier on Monday, two minors were reportedly killed and five others civilians got injured after Pakistani troops resorted to mortar shelling at various places along the LoC in Poonch district.

Pakistan has violated ceasefire a number of times in the last few months. (ANI)
