Honor strengthens service capabilities in India; to open 4 new centers

New Delhi [India], Dec 14 (ANI): Huawei's e-brand Honor on Thursday announced the opening of four new exclusive service centers across the country.

The exclusive service centers will open in four major cities of India - Kolkata, Hyderabad, Lucknow and Guwahati. The opening of the exclusive service center comes a week after the launch of Honor 7X in order to give its users the best of after sales services.

With this launch, Honor will have 21 exclusive service centers across India. These new exclusive service centers will provide first-class support and repairs for Huawei/honor devices exclusively.

These exclusive service centers will be equipped with the best in class amenities manned by Service Personnel's providing professional, dedicated one-stop service for customers, through strict training and certification requirements. Other than handsets repair, replacement, hardware and software check and updates, Huawei exclusive service centers will also provide appointment booking, free recycling of your waste mobile phones and other electronics products and special service for the selected model user (VIP Services).

"One of the key determinants I have kept in mind while choosing a smartphone is the after sales service. No one wants to invest in technology that can't be taken care of later. We at Honor are committed to provide our customers with the best in class product and services. This is also evident with our recently launched smartphone Honor 7X. With the opening of the new service centers, we aim to ease the after sales trouble shooting for our customers need they require any. With these openings will help us reach out to more and more of our customers across the landscape of the country," said vice president sales, Huawei India - Consumer Business Group, P Sanjeev.

The recently launched max-ed bezel-less screen smartphone, Honor 7X is equipped with a dual-lens 16MP + 2MP rear camera for picturesque images. The hybrid dual-SIM handset is powered by an octa-core Hisilicon Kirin 659 chipset, along with 4GB of RAM. It packs a 3340mAh battery and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat-based EMUI 5.1 custom skin.
