Netflix Introduces New Characters Of ‘Money Heist Season 5’

Keeping the anticipation level high, Netflix has revealed 2 new characters from 'Money Heist 5', who will bring with them some blast from the past.

New Delhi: The fifth season of the most-awaited series of Netflix ‘Money Heist’ is all set to release in two volumes this year. This Spanish heist drama has made a special place in the hearts of the audience with its gripping content, which made them stick to the screens. ‘Money Heist 5’ or originally titled ‘La Casa De Papel’ in Spanish, revolves around a team of robbers headed by The Profesor who plans two long-prepared heists on the Royal Mint of Spain and the Bank of Spain.

Earlier this year, the makers of ‘Money Heist 5’ released the trailer of the upcoming season of the web series and revealed that the 5^th season will release in two volumes. The first volume will release on September 3, 2021, and the second volume will release on December 3, 2021.

Keeping the anticipation level high, Netflix has revealed 2 new characters from the series who will bring with them some blast from the past. Netflix introduced Rene, a new character who is related to Tokyo and Rafael, who has been trained by Berlin himself.

While introducing Rene, Netflix shared, “Swagat karein humaare naye mehman ka A ghost from the past will be joining the heist. Welcoming @miguelangelsilvestre as Rene”.

Netflix also introduced Rafael and wrote, “Chalo welcome the newest member of the gang. Berlin ne isse khud sikhaya hai, let's see what this Prodigal Son brings to the table! @patrick.criado as Berlin ka beta, Rafael”.

Meanwhile, other than Rene and Rafael, the main cast of ‘Money Heist 5’ includes Alvaro Morte (The Professor), Úrsula Corberó (Tokyo), Itziar Ituño (Raquel Murillo/Lisbon), Pedro Alonso (Berlin), Alba Flores (Nairobi), Miguel Herrán (Rio), Jaime Lorente (Denver), Esther Acebo (Mónica Gaztambide/Stockholm), Enrique Arce (Arturo), Darko Peric (Helsinki), Najwa Nimri (Inspector Sierra) and others.
