Umar Riaz Asks His Fans To Stop Harassing Rashami Desai

In response to the recent trolls of Rashami Desai, Umar Riaz has stepped up to protect the actress.

New Delhi: Umar Riaz and Rashami Desai's followers have been clamouring for a romance ever since Bigg Boss 15 ended. Rashami Desai was recently attacked and reportedly abused online after she hinted that Umar Riaz was not single in one of her interviews.

In response to the recent trolls of Rashami Desai, Umar Riaz has stepped up to protect the actress. It all started when Rashami implied in an interview that she and Umar are simply close friends and suggested that he could be seeing someone. 

Rashami said, “Umar might be having someone in his life as he is a very private person. We respect each other’s boundaries. I understand people love to see me with Umar, and I respect that.” 

Umar Riaz has asked his fans to calm down and clarify in a tweet, saying, “Guys everyone needs to relax. Me and rashmi both are good friends. I want you all to respect that. You guys have been showering us so much love, so this negativity is not required. Plz spread love and not hatred.”

He also wrote another tweet in which he asks people to pray during this holy month of Ramadan, as he wants to devote his time and attention to the same. Umar wrote, “Its the holy month of fasting. What m gonna do is fast and pray and stay away from negativity. You’ll need to do the same.”

It is now clear that the both are simply close friends and nothing more.
