TV Actor Dhruv Bhandari & Vaibhavi Merchant's Sister Shruti Merchant Blessed With A Baby Girl

Dhruv Bhandari, who is known for playing lead role opposite Hiba Nawab in 'Tere Sheher Mein', welcomes first child with wife Shruti Merchant.

New Delhi: TV actor Dhruv Bhandari, who exchanged wedding vows with choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant's sister Shruti Merchant on June 20, 2017, is on cloud nine these days. The much-in-love couple has welcomed their first child. Yes, you read that right! Dhruv's choreographer-wife Shruti gave birth to their first child, a baby girl, on January 18 and the new parents are super-happy with the arrival of their little bundle of joy. Dhruv Bhandari, who is away from small-screen since 2015, has confirmed the same.

Reacting on becoming a father, Dhruv informed a leading daily that, "Shruti and I are ecstatic. The feeling is so overwhelming, it’s difficult to describe." On being asked if they deliberately hide the pregnancy news, he told TOI that, "That definitely wasn’t the intention. It was just that I was inactive on social media. I did share a few posts during the pregnancy, but mostly, we just wanted to enjoy the journey on our own."
