Tunisha Sharma Suicide Case: Sheezan Khan Released From Jail After Bail

Sheezan Khan was released from Thane Central Jail on Sunday.

New Delhi: A day after being granted bail in the death of Tunisha Sharma, actor Sheezan Khan was released from Thane Central Jail on Sunday. A video of Sheezan's final release from jail has emerged. He can be seen leaving the jail gate while wearing a mask.

The actor's sisters Falaq and Shafaq Naaz can be seen hugging him as he exits the premises. Before heading to their car, they pause for a brief hug.

Check out the clip here:

When the actor finally met his mother and sisters, Falak Naaz and Shafaqq Naaz, after around two months, it was undoubtedly an emotional experience for them. Falak and Shafaqq Naaz, sisters of actor Sheezan Mohammed Khan, have thanked God for releasing their brother on bail. Falak also shared an Instagram story with 'Alhamdulillah', thanking God as the court granted bail to her brother.

The magistrate court has ordered Sheezan to turn over his passport to the investigating officer and not to leave Bombay without first receiving permission from the court, according to attorney Tarun Sharma.

Sheezan Khan was detained for abetment to the suicide of his co-star Tunisha in 'Ali Baba Dastaan-E-Kabul'. He supposedly had a relationship with Tunisha, who allegedly committed suicide last year.

On December 24, Tunisha Sharma's body was discovered on the Ali Ali Dastaan-E-Kabul set. The Waliv police detained Sheezan the following day after a complaint filed by Tunisha's mother. Sheezan is claimed to have been in a relationship with Tunisha, and their relationship ended 15 days ago, according to a lawsuit Tunisha's mother had filed against him.
