New Delhi: TV actress Ankita Lokhande was last seen in Zee TV show ‘Pavitra Rishta’, produced by Ekta Kapoor. We have got some really good news for all the fans of Ankita Lokhande. As per report of an entertainment portal, actress will be making a comeback to Television with Ekta Kapoor’s upcoming show ‘Mangalsutra’. She has been roped to play the lead role in the show which will be produced by Balaji Telefilms. Ekta Kapoor had earlier also offered Ankita to play lead role in ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’, but actress rejected for some reasons. There were reports that time about Ekta Kapoot being miffed with Anikta. But now this piece of information has shut down all the rumours and all is good between Ankita and Ekta. According to a news in Bollywoodlife.com, Ekta is considering Ankita’s name to play female Devdas in her new web-series. It will trace the journey of a young and rebellious girl named Devika and her encounters with love, passion, heartbreak, sex, self–destruction and redemption. Ekta is said to have approached Ankita to play Devika’s role. This is surely a good news for all the Ankita Lokhande fans. Are you excited to see her once again on TV?
