Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki: ‘Thapki’ Actress Jigyasa To Play LEAD Post LEAP, Rubina Dilaik To QUIT Show?

Colors TV's Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki will soon witness a time jump in its storyline.

New Delhi: Colors TV’s ‘Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki’ has won the hearts of the viewers, with its storyline. The show starring Rubina Dilaik as Saumya is doing quite well in terms of TRPs despite competition from ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ and ‘Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega’ at 8pm slot. Despite Vivian Dsena’s exit, the social drama has managed to grab eyeballs week after week. We had earlier informed you that the makers are planning to introduce a generation leap in the show soon. Former ‘Splistvilla’ contestant Simba Nagpal has been reportedly finalized to play the male lead in ‘Shakti’ post the leap. As per the latest buzz, the makers have finally found their new female lead. According to a report in an entertainment portal, Jigyasa Singh will play the role of grown-up heer in ‘Shakti-Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki’.

The leap is expected to take place next month (January 2020), the report in Tellychakkar said. Interestingly, Rubina Dilaik is rumoured to bid adieu to the show after the time jump, the report added. Talking about Jigyasa Songh, the actress shot to fame after playing the titular role in Colors TV’s ‘Thapki-Pyaar Ki’ opposite Manish Goplani. She has also featured in shows in ‘Dev 2’ and ‘Nazar’. ‘Shakti’ will be Jigyasa’s third fiction show with the channel.
