Rather than being a divorcee, it’s better to be single: Adaa Khan

New Delhi: TV actress Adaa Khan who rose to fame with the character of Shesha from Ekta Kapoor's top rated show Naagin has no faith in love. The actress who was earlier in relationship with ex-Bigg Boss contestant Ankit Gera is happy being single and she has closed doors to love after heartbreak. It had been reported that Ankit cheated on Adaa by simultaneously dating actress Roopal Tyagi. On the sidelines of 'Naagin 2' launch, Adaa opened up about her relationship status while talking to leading entertainment portal Tellychakkar. The actress shared,"I am single and have closed the door on love. These days I hear about so many breakups and divorces,  which is very upsetting. There is no loyalty left in a relationship now. Instead of ruining your life it’s better to focus on work." The 'Naagin' actress also said that after seeing many breakups she has decided to live single. "My dad is happy with my decision. Rather than being a divorcee, it’s better to be single, independent and a successful woman." Adaa is gearing up for the next season of supernatural show "Naagin". In season two, Mouni will be playing the role of both a mother and a daughter. The show will go on air this Saturday on Colors channel.
