Pavitra Punia starts doing meditation for peace

New Delhi: Actress Pavitra Punia, who plays Nidhi Chabbra in “Ye Hai Mohobbatein”, has started doing meditation to avoid her role in the popular TV show taking any toll on her body. Pavitra's role requires her to shout quite often on the show. This sometimes results in her energy getting completely drained after shoot. “I very often get headaches because of yelling in the show. To avoid it, I have started meditation since it calms my mind and relaxes my body,” Pavitra said in a statement. “Fans have started sending me hate mails but I’m happy because now everybody can see my caliber and that I’m doing justice to my character,” she added. “Ye Hai Mohobbatein”, aired on Star Plus, also stars Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel among others.
