RIP! Popular TV Actress Monalisa's Father-In-Law Dies Of Cancer!
The TV actress and her actor husband is mourning the death of the latter's father who was suffering from cancer.
Popular small screen actress Monalisa and husband Vikrant Singh Rajput are currently mourning the death of the latter's father. The bereaved TV couple lost Vikrant's father on Friday, the actress who plays the role of Mohana daayan(witch) in Star Plus' popular show Nazar confirmed the death of her father-in-law to an entertainment portal.
The actress told the portal that Kanhaiya Singh, her father-in-law was suffering from cancer and was getting his treatment done from the last few years in Tata memorial Hospital.

While speaking to Tellychakkar Monalisa said that she was extremely close to him, "woh Mujhe bahut maante the... mujhse hi saari baatein share karte the... But aakhri waqt mein meri Nanad (riya singh) saara seva kar payi... cause unko gaon atraulia leke jana pada...Kyunki doctor aakhri bol diye the Aur unka saara kuch gaon ke ghar se hi juda tha.
While remembering her late father-in-law the actress added that the departed soul was extremely fond of his TV star daughter-in-law and use to bank all the newspapers that had her name or picture in it. She also revealed that a day before his death she and hubby Vikrant chatted with him over video call.

On a related note, Monalisa and Vikrant are popular Bhojpuri film actors, the duo got married inside the Bigg Boss house in season 10. They then featured together in Nach Baliye. While Vikrant still works from the Bhojpuri film industry, Monalisa has now switched to small screen and is now a popular face of TV.
