Mohit Malik sought for 'Bahu Humari Rajni_kant'

Mumbai: Actor Mohit Malik has been approached to step in as the male lead in TV show “Bahu Humari Rajni_kant”, if a source is to be believed. After Karan V. Grover bid adieu to the show, the slot of the male lead in the show, which is aired on Life OK, is empty. “Mohit has been approached for the role of Shaan. The actor is out of the country and the final decision will be taken once he is back,” said a source. Karan will start shooting for a movie next month, and had to put in his papers due to that. "Bahu Humari Rajni_Kant" -- a light-hearted show, narrates a story of a genius and a female robot, played by Ridhima Pandit. Mohit found popularity after he played the role of Bharat in "Banoo Main Teri Dulhann". He also played a negative role as Samrat Singh Rathore of "Doli Armaano Ki", and was also seen in dance reality show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded".
