Making my parents proud has been my priority: Karanvir

Mumbai: TV actor Karanvir Bohra, who has been part of television shows like "Kasautii Zindagii Kay", "Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi" and "Just Mohabbat", says making his parents proud has always been his priority. "For me, my mom and dad are everything and I couldn't have asked for a better chance to thank them. Anything which is very dear to you becomes the center of your life and you put all your life energies towards that direction... It has always been a priority for me to make my parents proud," Karanvir said in a statement.

I think every Indian child goes thru this, your mom will call you 3-4 times a day just to check 'where are you?' 'What you doing?' 'When you coming home?' I think it's the sweetest and the most endearing thing to do. That's why we are all so close to our mother's But now what has happened with me since my babies have gone to Canada, my mom only calls to ask about them. She says, seeing their video every day 1st thing in the morning is like a tonic for my dad and her. And now I understand, what they mean when they say "your parents relive your childhood." As part of Ganesh festival celebrations, Karanvir, who hosts Zee TV show "India's Best Judwaah", will be seen celebrating ‘Rishton ka Tyohar' with the contestants. His mother Madhu Bohra and father Mahendra Bohra also became part of the episode, and celebrated the festival with all the contestants. Karanvir's mother revealed that his real name is Manoj, and spoke of how he was once scolded by his father for taking money from the watchman. Karanvir got married model-VJ Teejay Sidhu in year 2006 and last year, his wife gave  birth to twin daughters. On professional front, Karan was last seen in Colors TV's hit show 'Naagin 2' opposite Mouni Roy.

#postshootexhaustion Mommy sunshine got these rabbits to shoot today, what I observed is, that they find themselves at home on shooting Sets, and just chill with the crew (artists / Directors / production / make up / hair didi / man Friday's) without disturbing the shoot, but when the clock strikes 8, that's it....these "CINDERELLA's" need their beauty sleep. I think every father will vouch for the "Shanti" ( peace) we get seeing our babies sleep in our arms, their Lil heart pounding near our heart, the touch of those soft fingers on your face, that want assurance of your presence.
