Leenesh Mattu opts for fruit diet for perfect body!

New Delhi : Who doesn't wants a perfect body, everyone and we do different things to get that pefect shape. Small screen actor, Leenesh Mattu has choosed a very healthy way to get that perfect body. Actor who is seen in Star Plus’s new show ‘Ishqbaaz’,is playing the character of a rich brat who has perfect body with abs and biceps. Leenesh Mattu’s character is of a fun loving guy who is after girls all the time and is busy in parties all the time. So, the director of the serial of the wanted leenesh to have a good build.In the show Leenesh is seen flaunting his six pack abs but, there is a lot of hard work behind this. When asked about it, Leenesh said that, ‘For a perfect body you need to do a lot of hard work, focus and have to be very determined. You have to follow that routine regularly.You can’t be careless regarding your health and body, so i am very cautious about my body and now i am totally depended on the Fruits only.In my breakfast, lunch and dinner or even snack, i just have fruits only.I haven't had calorie food or non-veg from past few months even being a Punjabi.’ Leenesh, you hard work is quite evident!
