TV actor Mohsin Khan aka Kartik from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai ringed in his 27th birthday, last evening, on the sets of his popular show along with his reel and real family! Naira with Kartik in a still from 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' Interestingly it was his reel wife and real life girlfriend, Shivangi Joshi who planned the birthday bash for his beau on sets.
