'Diya Aur Baati Hum' NOT going off-air, gets an EXTENSION!

New Delhi: Good news coming for the fans of 'Diya Aur Baati Hum'. According to the reports, the show which was all set to go off-air on August 15 has got an extension of one month. Reports in leading entertainment website Tellychakkar claims that the channel has granted one month extension to the daily soap, which means it will likely be on air till mid September. Tellychakar quoted a source saying, “This does not stop the makers from adding interesting tracks. The show has had a great run, and there is also a likelihood of it getting further extensions if there is an increase in the ratings in the next few months.” Earlier it had been reported that along with the low TRPs, lead pair Anas and Deepika’s tantrums are said to be the another reason behind the show going off air.
