Bigg Boss 14: EX Contestant Disappointed With Abhinav Shukla's Eviction, Says He Was One Of The Strongest Players'

According to reports, Abhinav Shukla has been eliminated from 'Bigg Boss 14' in a surprise mid-week eviction.

Salman Khan’s ‘Bigg Boss 14’ is inching closer towards its grand finale. The popular reality show, which has witnessed a rise in numbers in the past few weeks, will bid adieu to the viewers in February 2021. Adding a new twist in tale, the makers have decided to evict one of the contestants before the semi-finale week.  The seven contestants- Abhinav Shukla, Aly Goni, Rubina Dilaik, Nikki Tamboli, Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Rakhi Sawant and Rahul Vaidya are in danger zone. Guess what? The ‘supporters’, who have entered the show, will take the final call.

Colors channel has released a new promo wherein the supporters can be seen taking the important decision. Rakhi Sawant broke down into tears after the elimination. The mid-week surprise eviction has created lot of buzz on Twitter. If social media handle Khabri is to be believed, Abhinav Shukla has been evicted from the show. The ‘Silsila’ actor’s journey will come to an end in today’s episode.

Vikas Gupta, who was seen as a challenger in ‘Bigg Boss 2020’, expressed his disappointment over Abhinav’s exit. Gupta said that Shukla deserved to be in top five as he was one of the strongest players in the game.

“If it’s true that @ashukla09 is eliminated - it’s really disappointing - he was one of the strongest players to be in the top 5. I am glad @JyotikaDilaik is there for @RubiDilaik,” the ‘Bigg Boss 11’ finalist tweeted.

Many fans also expressed their displeasure over Abhinav’s exit from the show. They trended ‘Abhinav Deserves Finale’ on Twitter to extend their support to the ‘Geet’ actor.

One user wrote, “Hi @ashukla09 you were one of the most dignified contestants of BB. You didn't deserve this. They couldn't evict you on the basis of votes coz you were a sureshot finalist. I hope that your marriage with Rubina stays rock solid. Congrats for 1M Tweets.”

On a related note, ‘Bigg Boss 14’ will air its final episode on February 20. The show will be replaced by ‘Bawara Dil’ and ‘Dance Deewane 3’ on Colors channel.

TV pundits believe that Rubina Dilaik, Aly Goni and Rahul Vaidya have good chances of winning the reality show. It remains to be seen which celeb will lift the winner’s trophy.
