Bigg Boss 14 Contestant Jaan Kumar Sanu's Father & Singer Kumar Sanu Tests Positive For COVID-19

Kumar Sanu is observing home quarantine after testing positive for COVID-19. His son Jaan Kumar Sanu is currently locked inside the 'Bigg Boss 14' house.

'Bigg Boss 14' contestant Jaan Kumar Sanu's father and Bollywood singer Kumar Sanu has tested positive for COVID-19. Kumar Sanu, who delivered back to back hits in the 90s, is observing home quarantine after testing positive for the virus. The singer's manager Jagdish Bhardwaj, while exclusively talking to ABP News, said that Sanu tested positive for the virus on Thursday. He said, "Kumar Sanu was supposed to travel to Los Angeles via Dubai on Thursday at 10.00 am.  According to the norms, he underwent a COVID-19 test before flying. The results came out as positive and hence, he couldn't go the US. The BMC instructed him to observe mandatory home quarantine. Hence, Sanu is getting treated at his home in Goregaon." Jagdish further said that Kumar Sanu had no symptoms of COVID-19. He added that the singer had mild fever and was feeling weak since few days. Kumar Sanu's wife Saloni and her two daughters - Sana (Shannon K) and Annabel live in Los Angeles. The singer used to visit his family almost every month. However, he couldn't travel to the US post January due to the COVID-19 crisis. The playback singer was quite excited to meet his family members after a long time. Kumar Sanu's son from his wife, Jaan Kumar Sanu, is currently participating in Salman Khan's 'Bigg Boss 14'. He has been nominated for elimination along with Rubina Dilaik, Shehzad Deol, Abhinav Shukla and Jasmin Bhasin this week. On a related note, several Bollywood celebs including Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora have recovered from COVID-19 after testing positive for the virus.
