Sidharth Shukla and Koena Mitra performed amazingly in first luxury budget task 'BB Hospital' whereas Shefali Bagga attacked Arti Singh and Rashami Desai by passing personal remarks.

During the task, Paras and Devoleena tortured Sidharth Shukla using cow dung, mustard sauce, ice and waxing. Sidharth, who was very calm during the task, did the task amazingly and won it. In the second round, Dalljiet and Mahira tortured Koena and Siddharth Dey by making them eat weird things. Koena emerged out as a strong performer as she did the task with intelligence and was declared as the winner.
