Whie talking to a news daily, Priya said “She suffered a cardiac arrest on Friday night and was declared brought dead to the hospital. She was in her 70s.” Priya also said that “After shooting for `Salman ki sabha', I went back to the hotel. At around 12 in the night, I got to know about this news and that's when I asked the makers to allow Manu to come out of the house so that we both could be with his family in Jodhpur. It's a difficult time for us, especially for Manu, as he was extremely close to his mother." Apart from this Priya also confirmed that Manu will return to the show after few days.
