New Delhi: The intense series ‘Aspirants’ was launched in 2021 and was produced by TVF (The Viral Fever). The story of the series was centred on Abhilash, SK, and Guri, three UPSC aspirants. Due to the popularity of the first season, two spin-offs were produced: Sandeep Bhaiya and SK Sir Ki Class. The producers eventually decided to give the show a second season. ‘Aspirants 2’ is finally released today on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video. 

The lives of Abhilash, SK, Guri, Dhairya, and Sandeep Bhaiya are explored extensively in ‘Aspirants 2’, directed by Apoorv Singh Karki. Some viewers have yet to catch up on the new season, while others have already binge-watched it.

Reunited in ‘Aspirants 2’ are actors Naveen Kasturia, Abhilash Thapliyal, Shivankit Singh Parihar, Namita Dubey, and Sunny Hinduja. While the first season was a smash hit, the opening of the second has been met with mixed reviews online. X (earlier Twitter) users, on the other hand, have praised Naveen Kasturia and Sunny Hinduja's performances and the development of their characters in the new season.
