Bollywood diva Priyanka Chopra has become an International sensation. The actress is definitely in her best phase of life as she has been recently conferred with the title of Hottest Women by Maxim magazine. Interestingly, this is not the first time PC has received such an honour. This is the third time that she has topped the chart. The chart lists 100 most beautiful women.
