New Delhi: Karan Johar’s much-awaited film ‘Student of the Year 2’ hit the silver screens on Friday (May 10). The teen drama, which marked the Bollywood debut of Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria, has started on a flying note at the box office. The film co-starring Tiger Shroff has minted over Rs 12 crore on its opening day. Before the movie’s release, KJo held a special screening of ‘SOTY 2’ for his industry friends. Leading tinsel town celebs including Varun Dhawan, Sara Ali Khan, Kartik Aaryan, Arjun Kapoor, Malaika Arora attend the special screening in Mumbai. A video from the screening has surfaced on social media in which Kartik, Varun and Ananya can be seen sharing a light moment. The ‘Luka Chuppi’ actor can be seen flirting with Ananya while having a conversation with her. Varun didn’t allow him to flirt with the newbie actress and even Kartik had a hearty laugh while the ‘Kalank’ star dragged him towards the movie laugh. Check out the cute video right here!

Interestingly, Ananya and Kartik will star together in the remake of ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’. The film co-starring Bhumi Pednekar will release on December 6. Kartik even shared a picture with Ananya, congratulating her for getting appreciated by the audience. The caption of the photo read, ''Arey arey itni saari taareefein !!!
