Vicky Kaushal, Katrina Kaif To Have Court Marriage Today: Report

Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal will reportedly get hitched in a court marriage before tying the knot in a traditional ceremony.

New Delhi: Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have been hogging all the limelight ever since rumours about their marriage surfaced on the internet. The two Bollywood stars, who enjoy a significant fan following, have remained tight-lipped about their wedding. Speculations were rife that Katrina and Vicky will have a court marriage in Mumbai before tying the knot in a traditional ceremony. 

If a recent report in Pinkvilla is to be believed, Kaushal and Kaif will have a registered court wedding either on Friday (December 3) or December 4. They will get hitched under the Special Marriage Act, 1954, the report in the portal said. families will attend the ceremony in Mumbai.  

“If they do get married, it will be under the Special Marriage Act, 1954 (for inter-caste marriages, court marriage is conducted under the Special Marriage Act). The couple will have three witnesses to sign a declaration form in the presence of the marriage registrar and formalise their wedding,” a source told Pinkvilla. 

Vicky and Katrina will jet off to Rajasthan with their family members and close friends for their wedding over the weekend, the report added. 

Vicky-Katrina's Wedding Date

The B-town couple will take nuptial vows on December 9 at Six Senses Fort Barwara, Rajasthan. Their pre-wedding festivities will start from December 7 at the plush resort. The soon-to-be married lovebirds will reportedly wear outfits designed by Sabysachi Mukherjee

The likes of Karan Johar, Farah Khan, Kabir Khan, Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra are expected to attend Vicky and Katrina's grand wedding. If gossip mills are to be believed, the duo has decided to opt for a 'no-mobile' policy to maintain privacy. 

According to a report in IANS, guests, who attend Vicky and Katrina's marriage, will be given secret codes to keep the ceremony completely confidential. They will allowed to enter the wedding venue after showing the secret codes assigned to them, the report said.

On the professional front, the 'Tiger Zinda Hai' actress was last seen in 'Sooryavanshi', which created ripples at the box office. The action drama co-starring Akshay Kumar has managed to set the cash registers jingling.

Katrina has several interesting movies in her kitty including 'Tiger 3', 'Phone Bhoot' and 'Jee Le Jaara'.

Talking about Vicky, the 'Sanju' star is basking in the success of 'Sardar Udam', which premiered on a leading OTT platform. Kaushal earned rave reviews for his power-packed performance in the biographical drama. He will be next seen in 'Govinda Naam Mera' opposite Bhumi Pednekar and Kiara Advani.
