Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Rhea Chakraborty To File For Interim Bail After The Late Actor’s Father Filed An FIR

Sushant’s fans from around the globe have been seeking justice for the actor since he was found hanging in his Bandra apartment on June 14, 2020. Many celebrities also stepped forward in the fight for the late actor’s justice. Along with all the celebrities and fans of SSR, it is now Sushant’s father who has stepped forward and lodged an FIR against his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. The actor’s father filed a six-page long FIR which stated that Rhea, her close friends and her family cheated his son for financial gains. It also added that the ‘Jalebi’ actress blackmailed him of revealing his medical reports to the media. according to his father, Rhea gave him an overdose of medicines and her family started controlling everything about his son. She replaced Sushant’s trustworthy staff with the people whom she knows. Sushant Singh Rajput Case: Legal Options Before Rhea Chkraborty After Late Actor’s Father Filed FIR Against Her! Yesterday, after Rajput’s father filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty, her lawyer Anandini Fernandes was spotted outside the actress’ home. Reportedly, after a three-hour-long discussion with the whole family, the lawyer was clicked by paparazzi leaving her house. Based on a report of DNA, Rhea will likely apply for an interim bail today after the actor’s father made explosive accusations against her. This is the actress’ next step looking forward and the update comes hours prior to meeting her lawyer. Sushant’s father K.K Singh lodged an FIR under section 341, 342, 380, 406, 420, 306, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. He filed an FIR in the Rajiv Nagar police station in Patna accusing six people, including actress Rhea Chakraborty for abetment to suicide. The ‘Chhichhore’ actor’s US-based sister Shweta Singh Kirti, also took to her Instagram recently seeking justice for her dear brother. Meanwhile, the Mumbai Police has reportedly recorded statements of approximately 39 people in the death case including Rhea Chakraborty, Mahesh Bhatt, Aditya Chopra and others. also, as the report goes, Karan Johar will also be summoned by the police later this week after the CEO of ‘Dharma Productions’ recorded his statement in the death case.
