Sushant’s Close Friend Mahesh Shetty To Be The Prime Witness Of His Death Case; Made Shocking Revelations In His Statement To Bihar Police
Mahesh Shetty was the first person to enter Sushant Singh Rajput’s room after his alleged suicide. While recording his statement to Bihar Police, he said that Rhea did not let SSR meet his friends. Read on.
The death case of Sushant Singh Rajput took a U-turn when his father K.K Singh filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty. According to the late actor’s family, the “Jalebi’ actress and her family had full control over Sushant and did not let him live his life accordingly. The FIR also stated that Rhea used to give an overdose of medicines to the ‘Dil Bechara’ actor and also threatened him about leaking his medical reports to the media. Ankita Lokhande also revealed that SSR was ‘quite unhappy in the relationship and wanted to end it as Rhea harassed him’.

Mahesh Shetty, who was a very close and dear friend of the deceased soul made some revelations in his statement to Bihar Police. He told that Rhea Chakraborty did not let Sushant speak to his parents and continuously checked his phone. After Sushant came into a relationship with Rhea, he also stopped meeting his friends and she did not meet his friends either. He also added that the actress along with her mother wanted to change his entire team and Rajput was very unhappy about it.
Being the first one to enter Sushant Singh Rajput’s room after he was found hanging, Bihar Police will take Mahesh Shetty as one of the prime witness’ in the case, reportedly. The night before committing suicide, the ‘Kai Po Che!’ actor made two calls, one was to Rhea Chakraborty and the other one was to Mahesh Shetty. Unfortunately, both the calls went unanswered as the calls were made quite late at night.
Based on reports from a leading daily, Siddharth Pithani, another friend of SSR disclosed in an email to the Mumbai Police that he’s being pressurised to record statements against Rhea Chakraborty. His email read, “I was told I would receive a phone call, after which I received a call from an unknown WhatsApp number. But the call ended within 40 secs, and no statement was recorded. I am pressurised to comply and record statements against Rhea, the things which I am not aware of.”
