New Delhi: Popular South Indian actress Samantha Akkineni walked down the aisle with the love of her life Akkineni Naga Chaitanya on October 6, 2017. The couple first met on the sets of their film ‘Ye Maaya Chesave’ in the year 2009. Their on-screen chemistry soon garnered love from the audience and the couple tied the nuptial knot in Goa followed by a reception in Hyderabad. On the occasion of their third wedding anniversary, Samantha Akkineni shared a beautiful picture wishing her husband Naga Chaitanya. While sharing the picture, the ‘Majili’ actress wrote, “You are my person and I am yours , that whatever door we come to , we will open it together . Happy anniversary husband @chayakkineni”

During an interview post their marriage, the ‘Oh! Baby’ actress opened up on their relationship and how it took time for them to understand each other. The actress was quoted saying by Famously Filmfare, “It took us eight years to be at the same point. Because there were times when I really liked him, and he was not in that space. And there were times when we wanted to work it out, but external factors. It took us a very long time to be in the same space.” On the professional front, Samantha was recently seen in the film 'Jaanu' opposite Sharwanand. The movie, directed by C. Prem Kumar, received a good response at the box office. The ‘Attarintiki Daredi’ actress is now expected to star in Vignesh Shivan's 'Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadha'. She has won the hearts of the audience with her power-packed performances in films.
