Actress Nargis Fakhri turns SPIRITUAL post breakup, turns into a Yoga freak!

In-fact post the break-up, Nargis Fakhri has also deleted all of Alonzo’s pictures from her social media pages and has in fact, been sharing images from her Yoga sessions.

Actress Nargis Fakhri who rose to fame with 2011 film Rockstar opposite Ranbir Kapoor is nursing her broken heart. The actress had a breakup with her American beau, Matt Alonzo earlier this year following which she also left the country in hurry, leaving aside promotions of her last film, Amavas. And the latest update is that the actress has taken to spirituality in a big way as a healing process following breakup. She even traveled all the way to Dubai for the same. Her newfound love for spirituality comes right after her break-up which clearly indicates that she’s trying to heal a broken heart. In-fact post the break-up, Fakhri has also deleted all of Alonzo’s pictures from her social media pages and has in fact, been sharing images from her Yoga sessions.

On a related note, she was previously dating Dhoom fame actor-producer Uday Chopra, but that love affair too didn't last for too long and now, after breaking up with Alonzo, the actress has found solace in spirituality.
