Rishi Kapoor Death: Kareena Kapoor Arrives At Neetu Singh’s Place To Meet Her, Ranbir & Riddhima, See PIC!

New Delhi: Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor left for his heavenly abode on April 30, leaving the industry and fans in a state of shock. The actor, last seen in ‘The Body’, took his last breath at HN Reliance hospital in Mumbai. Several Bollywood celebs including Amitabh Bachchab, Priyanka Chopra and Salman mourned Rishi Kapoor’s death and offered their condolence on social media. Neetu Singh and Ranbir Kapoor hosted a prayer meet for the late actor on Sunday (May 3). The ‘Sanju’ actor was seen immersing his father’s ashes and performing puja at Banganga ghat in a viral video. Alia Bhatt, Neetu, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and Ayan Mukerji also joined Ranbir during the immersion ritual. Kareena Kapoor was spotted wearing a mask at Neetu Singh’s residence in Mumbai on Monday (May 4). The ‘Veere Di Wedding’ actress reportedly came to meet Neetu and her cousins Ranbir and Riddhima. Riddhima, who couldn’t attend her Rishi Kapoor’s funeral, reached Mumbai via road on Saturday (May 2) evening.

Kareena and Saif supported Neetu and Ranbir during the tough times and were snapped at the HN Reliance hospital, where Rishi passed away. They also attended the last rites of ‘Mulk’ actor.

Kareena had shared a throwback photo of her dad Randhir Kapoor and uncle Rishi Kapoor after the latter's demise. She captioned the post as, "The best boys I know... Papa and Chintu uncle."

On the professional front, Kareena Kapoor will be next seen in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ opposite Aamir Khan. The film is the Hindi adaptation of ‘Forrest Grump’. Bebo’s last film ‘Angrezi Medium’ couldn’t entertain the audience for a long time as the cinema halls were shut due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
