Ramu FIRST Poster: Ram Gopal Varma Announces His 3-Part Biopic, Reveals He Will Play Himself In Last Part

Ram biopic first poster out: Ram Gopal Varma informed his fans that his upcoming biopic will be controversial.

New Delhi: Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma took to social media to announce a three-part biopic film on his life. The ‘Rangeela’ director informed his fans that the biopic will be very controversial while sharing the first poster on Twitter. The upcoming movie, titled ‘Ramu’, will be produced by Bommaku Murali. Ram Gopal Varma will be directing and supervising his own biopic while debutant Dorasai Teja will helm the director’s hat. The makers will commence shooting for the film in September. Ram Gopal Varma informed his fans that the duration of each part of the biopic will be around two hours. “Each part of the 3 parts of my biopic will be around 2 hours in length with all 3 parts together being around 6 hours #RgvBiopic,” Varma tweeted.

Varma also revealed that every part of his biopic will deal with his various 'age periods' and 'phases of his life'. "Each part of my biopic will be about my various age periods and various phases of my life," the director wrote on the micro-blogging site.

Ram Gopal Varma divulged details about his biopic and said that he would play himself in his part three of his biopic. A newbie will play Varma's role, when he was 20-year-old, in the first part. "In PART 1 a new actor is playing me when i was 20 years old. A different actor will be playing in PART 2 and I will be playing Myself in part 3," Varma wrote.

The 'Satya' director said that the first part of his biopic will focus on how he 'cunningly manipulated and made Shiva'. It will be called 'Ramu'. "Apart from my college days,firsr loves and gang fights in Vijaywada ,It will be about how i cunningly manipulated and made SHIVA," he tweeted. The second part will be called 'Ram Gopal Varma' and will focus on his 'life in Mumbai', gangsters and Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan. For the uninitiated, Varma and Big B have worked in several films together including 'Sarkar', 'Sarkar Raj' and 'Rann'. The 'Bhoot' director tweeted, "It will be about my life in Mumbai with Girls,Gangsters and Amitabh Bachchan."

Ram Gopal Varma's biopic's third-part will be titled 'RGV- The Intelligent Idiot'.
