New Delhi: Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa tied the knot earlier today (November 15, 2021) in a traditional Indian ceremony. The couple also had an engagement ceremony on November 13, 2021, where they hosted a white and silver themed party for their close friends and family members.

Rajkummar and his long-time beau Patralekhaa tied the knot in a luxury spa resort in Chandigarh in attendance of their close friends and family members. They shared the happy news of their wedding with their fans on social media with cute messages for each other.

The ‘Ludo’ actor penned down a note that read, “Finally after 11 years of love, romance, friendship and fun, I got married to my everything today, my soulmate, my best friend, my family. Today there is no greater happiness for me than being called your husband @patralekhaa Here’s to forever .. and beyond”.

Patralekhaa also wrote, “I got married to my everything today; my boyfriend, my partner in crime, my family, my soulmate...My best friend for the last 11 years! There is no greater feeling than to be your wife! Here’s to our forever…”

Being a Bengali, the ‘CityLights’ actress can be seen dolled up as a beautiful Bong bride. She wore ‘shakha and pola’, the symbol of a Bengali bride and decked herself in gorgeous Sabyasachi jewellery to complete her bridal attire. Rajkummar Rao, on the other hand, complimented his bride in a crème-coloured Sabyasachi sherwani. The ‘Hum Do Hamare Do’ actor looked dapper as he took the wedding vows with his ladylove.

Raj and Patra got married in a luxury spa resort – The Oberoi Sukhvilas – situated in New Chandigarh. The Hotel resort is situated against the lush backdrop of Siswan Forest Range and the mighty Himalayas. It also houses speciality restaurants, spa, outdoor pool and bar. It is also surrounded by over 8,000 acres of protected natural forest. The couple also celebrated their engagement ceremony at The Oberoi Sukhvilas.
