Gehana Vasisth Summoned In Raj Kundra Pornography Case, Promises Full Co-Operation

After being summoned in the Raj Kundra pornography case, Gehana Vasisth has revealed that she is ‘out of Mumbai’ and that she will not be able to appear before the Crime Branch today.

Mumbai: Actress and model Gehana Vasisth has been served with a summon by the Mumbai Police Crime Branch in the Raj Kundra pornography case earlier today. Gehana, who got arrested earlier this year for alleged production of porn content and uploading them online, has been called in for questioning by the Crime Branch. The actress is currently out on bail.

After being summoned in the Raj Kundra pornography case, Gehana Vasisth has revealed that she is ‘out of Mumbai’ and that she will not be able to appear before the Crime Branch today. She, however, promised to ‘fully cooperate’ in the probe.

According to a report of ANI, “Since I am currently out of Mumbai, I am unable to appear before the Property Cell of Mumbai Police's Crime Branch today. I am ready to fully cooperate in the investigation (in the pornography film racket case): Actor Gehana Vasisth”.

Ever since Raj Kundra got arrested for alleged production of pornographic movies, Gehana has been constantly showing her support towards the businessman and Shilpa Shetty Kundra. She also revealed that she has met Raj and she was supposed to direct one of his movies. Gehana also reportedly came out in support of Shilpa Shetty when the latter told during interrogation that the content produced by her businessman husband for his app HotShots was ‘not porn but erotic’. The ‘Gandi Baat’ actress also revealed in one of her interviews that Raj Kundra was planning to launch his sister-in-law Shamita Shetty on his new app.

Raj Kundra got arrested on July 19 and will remain under police custody till July 27, 2021.
