Pia Bajpiee's Brother Dies Due To COVID-19 Complications Few Hours After She Sought Help For Ventilator Bed

Pia Bajpiee had requested her followers to help her in arranging a ventilator bed for her brother, who lost his battle against COVID-19.

Actress Pia Bajpiee, who works in Tamil and Telugu movies, lost her brother due to COVID-19 complications on Tuesday (May 4). She took to social media to inform her followers about her brother’s demise. The actress had earlier requested the government and her followers to help her in arranging a bed with a ventilator for her brother in Uttar Pradesh’s Farrukhabad district. 

“I need urgent help in district Farukhabad, Kayamganj block...UP... a bed with ventilator...my brother is dying ...any lead please help. Please Contact if you know anybody - 9415191852 Abhishek... we are already in mess," Pia tweeted on Tuesday.  

After two hours, she shared the heartbreaking news of her brother’s death on social media. Many users responded to her tweet and offered their condolence to the actress and her family.  

Pia, who featured in several TVCs, made her Tamil cinema debut with 'Poi Solla Porom'. She was last seen in the Tamil romantic drama 'Abhiyum Anuvum'.

Earlier in the day, 'Bigg Boss 14' contestant Nikki Tamboli shared a post to inform the fans about her brother's death. Jatin Tamboli passed away due to COVID-19 complications. He was 29.

Bikramjeet Kanwarpal, who acted in 'Special Ops and Rocket Singh', also died due to COVID-19. Many celebs like KV Anand, Satish Kaul, Thamira, Navnath Gaikwad had succumbed to Coronavirus. 

The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc all across the country, severely affecting people from all walks of life. Several tinsel town celebs have come forward to help the people amid the health crisis.
