Nawazuddin Siddiqui's sister-in-law accuses him of KICKING & TORTURING her in official statement

Statement of film actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui's sister-in-law, who accused him and his family members of harassing her for dowry, was recorded here today.

Police this evening recorded the statement of Afrin, wife of Minazuddin, brother of Nawazuddin, in connection with her complaint of harassment for dowry, SHO of women police station, Mamta Goutam said. She had also alleged that she was tortured and kicked by the accused. The SHO said that the victim has not submitted any documentry evidence or any medical report to support her allegations. Nawazuddin had produced CCTV footage in his defence.
"It is only a matter of family dispute which can be resolved by mediation," the SHO said.
