Mary Kom Announces Omung Kumar’s Next ‘Janhit Mein Jaari’ Starring Nushrratt Bharuccha

New Delhi: Bollywood actress Nushrratt Bharuccha started her career with the 2006 film ‘Jai Santoshi Maa’. The ‘Chhalaang’ actress gained popularity with Luv Ranjan’s buddy-drama franchise ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’. She was appreciated for the portrayal of her character ‘Sweety’ in ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ alongside Kartik Aaryan and Sunny Singh. The ‘Dream Girl’ actress also garnered lots of praises for her recent release ‘Chhalaang’ opposite Rajkummar Rao. Olympic boxer Mary Kom took to her Twitter and announced the film. She tweeted, “Ek womaniya sab pe bhaari... ye soochna hai #JanhitMeinJaari! Nushrratt also shared the news on her social media and wrote, “Ek womaniya sab pe bhaari... ye soochna hai #JanhitMeinJaari! #ZarooratBhiZarooriBhi Coming in 2021.”

‘Janhit Mein Jaari’ will also mark the maiden project as a producer for ‘Dream Girl’ director Raaj Shaandilyaa. Directed by Omung Kumar, this film will star Nushrratt Bharuccha and Pavail Gulati as the lead actors. The quirky comedy which seems to talk about womanhood is set to go on floors in March 2021. The story of the film has been written by Raaj Shaandilya. Other than ‘Janhit Mein Jaari’, Bharuccha also has ‘Hurdang’ in her kitty alongside Sunny Kaushal and Vijay Verma.
