Model-turned-Bollywood actress Lisa Ray, who made her Bollywood debut opposite Aftab Shivdasani in Vikram Bhatt's 2001 film 'Kasoor', has surprised her fans by announcing that she and  her husband Jason Dehni have embraced parenthood. Yes, you read that right! Lisa Ray & Jason have welcomed twin daughters via surrogacy. Reportedly, the twin daughters were born through surrogacy in Tbilisi, Georgia in June. Lisa & Jayson have named their daughters Sufi plus Soleil. The actress is currently enjoying this new phase in her life and is spending time with her little munchkins. Lisa Ray (Photo: Instagram) Speaking about the same, she told a leading daily that, “At the moment, my life is full of cascading emotions, attempting to coordinate feeding, napping and play schedules while juggling work, self-care, travel and time with friends, family and my hubby. My life has been full of crazy adventures, but right now, I’m experiencing a new level of anarchy and love. I can’t wait to bring our daughters to our home in Mumbai.”

After Manisha Koirala, 'Cancer survivor' Lisa Ray sends love to Sonali Bendre Lisa Ray is a cancer survivor as she was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 2009. After fighting with the deadly disease for an year, she was finally declared cancer-free in 2010. Speaking about choosing surrogacy, Lisa revealed that she could not carry children herself due to her cancer diagnosis and heavy dose of medication. She further told Bombay Times that, “It has been an arduous and interesting experience. Having been diagnosed with multiple myeloma (a form of blood cancer) in 2009, which requires me to be on a lifelong dose of medication, pre-empted the possibility for me to carry children myself. Fortunately, technology has progressed where there are choices and new possibilities for having children.
