KGF Director Prashanth Neel Plans To Cast Aamir Khan And Jr. NTR In His Upcoming Film

Prashanth Neel, director of the 'KGF' films series starring Yash, now intends to cast Aamir Khan in his new movie.

New Delhi: Prashanth Neel, who captivated the audience with the 'KGF' films series starring Yash, now intends to cast Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan in his new movie. Jr. NTR, star of S. S. Rajamouli's magnum opus 'RRR', would reportedly also appear in the upcoming project.

Junior NTR and director Prashanth Neel have already made their project official. Aamir Khan is being considered by the team for a role alongside Junior NTR. The yet-to-be-titled film is likely to be rolled out in the next year.

Currently, Prashanth Neel is working on the movie 'Salaar', which stars the 'Baahubali' fame Prabhas. He is currently working on the film's post-production, according to sources.

Prashanth Neel and Junior NTR will announce their joint venture after the project is finished. The movie would get a significant pan-Indian distribution, according to sources close to Neel who also confirmed the news.

Prashanth has rose to prominence with the 'KGF' franchise's commercial success and is undoubtedly one of the most well-known filmmakers in all of India.

The movie Salaar, which also stars Shruti Haasan, is one of the most eagerly awaited movies of the year. It is being released in 5 different languages all across India. In addition to the outstanding ensemble cast, which includes Jagapathi Babu, Easwari Rao, Sriya Reddy, and others in the lead roles, the film also stars Prithviraj Sukumaran.

In the meantime, Aamir Khan recently starred in the box office dud 'Laal Singh Chaddha', a Hindi adaptation of 1994 release Tom Hanks starrer 'Forrest Gump'. The movie didn't do well at the box office even though Netflix, a major streaming service, gave it new life.

On the other hand, Jr. NTR is still basking in the glory of the worldwide smash RRR. Jr. NTR and Ram Charan, who co-starred in the popular film, also ranked at the top of a yearly UK list of the "Top 50 Asian Celebrities in the World."
