Kartik Aaryan & Alaya F Wrap Up Shoot Of 'Freddy'

Mumbai: Kartik Aaryan starrer ‘Freddy’ has been making waves ever since Ekta Kapoor announced the project. Movie buffs are quite excited to see Kartik in a different avatar in suspense thriller. The cast and crew of the upcoming film have wrapped up the shoot on Thursday (September 30). The two leading stars of ‘Freddy’ penned posts on social media after completing the shoot.

The ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ star shared several behind-the-scenes photos and videos from the sets of his movie on his official Instagram. In one of the pictures, he can be seen posing with his leading lady Alaya F. 

“It’s a wrap. A character that will always stay like a shadow with me. #Freddy will see you at the theatres,” Kartik captioned his post. Farah Khan, Ekta Kapoor and other celebs dropped comments on the post. While Ekta wrote, "Hero", Farah commented, "How fast r u finishing movies???"

Alaya, Kartik Cut Cake With Team Members After Wrap Up 

Alaya F, who made her Bollywood debut with 'Jawaani Jaaneman', shared a series of pictures and clips on Instagram from the last day of shoot. She expressed her gratitude on being a part of 'Freddy'. The star kid wrote, "Ready, steady, Freddy!! IT’S A WRAP!! the most wonderful set with the most wonderful people! Feeling super blessed and super grateful to be a part of this incredibly special film."

The team members can be seen cutting a cake on the sets after wrapping up shoot in one of her videos.

‘Freddy’ has been directed by Shashanka Ghosh, who helmed Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sonam Kapoor’s ‘Veere Di Wedding’. The makers are yet to announce a release date.

On the professional front, the 'Love Aaj Kal 2' star has several exciting projects including 'Dhamaka', 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2' in his kitty. 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2', which also stars Kiara Advani and Tabu, will hit the silver screens on March 25, 2022.
