Irrfan Khan reveals his rare disease & it is NeuroEndocrine Tumour which is "not always about the brain" he says

Ever since Irrfan announced he is suffering from a rare disease, there were many speculations surrounding his health and some reports also claimed that he has a brain cancer[Irrfan Khan’s wife Sutapa Sikdar OPENS UP about actor’s health; Says ‘my partner is a ‘warrior’]. The 'Piku' star has finally got back to the followers and fans and posted a message about 10 minutes ago that reads... “Life is under no obligation to give us what we expect”. -Margaret Mitchell The unexpected makes us grow, which is what the past few days have been about. Learning that I have been diagnosed with NeuroEndocrine Tumour as of now has admittedly been difficult, but the love and strength of those around me and that I found within me has brought me to a place of hope. The journey of this is taking me out of the country, and I request everyone to continue sending their wishes. So we finally know that the talented actor suffers from NeuroEndocrine Tumour but what does it mean? Like he also suggested, we googled it and here's what we found...
