International diva Priyanka Chopra turns Marathi 'Mulgi'

New Delhi: Priyanka Chopra is all set to allure her fans in an upcoming Marathi venture. After proving her acting knack in Bollywood as well as in the West, the 33-year-old global will try her hands in the Marathi movies. Before flying off to New York on July 4, the global icon wrapped a three-day schedule for her Marathi production, the Rajesh Mapuskar-directed 'Ventilator' in Mumbai. Talking about the film with Mumbai Mirrors, the 'Bajirao Mastani' actress said," Ventilator directed by Rajesh Mapuskar has my name attached to it so I have to be comfortable with everything that's happening. The crew back home teases me saying that US main baithe baithe I know everything that's happening in Mumbai." PeeCee also filmed a special Marathi song. "Life is transient and I am a creative person who constantly looks for new outlets. I have been writing a lot and I am producing films, I like to evolve in different directions," she added. Presently, Priyanka is in the US filming for the second season of her much appreciated TV series 'Quantico.'
