I will never get married, says Akshaye Khanna

NEW DELHI: Akshaye Khanna whose last screen presence was in 2016 release 'Dishoom' is still one of the drool-worthy actors Bollywood has. His recent film 'Mom' is being touted as his comeback in which he is essaying the role of an investigating officer. The movie is garnering rave reviews and so is Akshaye's acting. We well know Akshaye's subtle acting skills who lives his roles.  Meanwhile, questions which often hounds his female fans is why he does few films and why he's still single. Well, we've got the answer to the second one. In an interaction with Pinkvilla, the 'Dil Chahta Hai' actor spoke at length about what hits his mind when it comes to relationship and the reason behind his insistence on wearing the single tag forever. The actor who already admitted of being commitment phobic said, "I will never get married. I want to live my life alone. I can be in a relationship for sometime but I know I can't see it lasting for a lifetime. See I find it very unnatural to stay in a relationship for that long. I know most of the world finds it more natural but I don't. I feel I should be allowed to move from one relationship to another whenever I want to." Akshaye has his own logic behind it, he says, "I believe two people should be in a relationship till the time they both are happy about it but once it comes to a point that either of them is not happy then they should've the option to leave. And that leaving should not be the process it has become today i.e divorce. Parting should be as beautiful as being together." Quite thoughtful! Isn't it? Akshaye will next be seen in 'Ittefaq'.
