Ghajini Actress Asin Returns To Instagram, Drops Pics From Daughter Arin's 4th Birthday

Mumbai: Asin Thottumkal, who made her Bollywood debut with Aamir Khan starrer 'Ghajini', dropped adorable photos from her daughter Arin's fourth birthday celebrations on social media. The former actress hosted a super hero-themed birthday bash for her daughter.  

Asin, who returned to Instagram after a year, posted photos of little Arin, who can be seen dressed a super hero. The doting mother surprised the cute munchkin by hosting a grand birthday party for her. Arin looked as cute as a button in her red outfit and blue mask.

The caption for the post read, "Arin is 4! #Ourlittlesuperhero." Fans have flooded the comments section with their messages and wishes.

Last year, Asin penned a post to explain the thought behind her daughter's unique name. She wrote, "She’s 3 now- Arin Rayn (Her name - both first name and surname, a combination of Rahul and my first names. ‘Rayn’ is pronounced ‘Ra’-‘in’ but spelt with a twist. A short, simple name, gender neutral, secular, free of religion, caste and patriarchy.) Thank you to each and everyone of you who sent us love and wishes! Wishing everyone health and happiness (Sorry for the late post)."

The talented actress had also expressed her gratitude towards her well-wishers, who showered her daughter with love on her third birthday. 

Asin got married to Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma on January 19, 2016 in a Christian wedding. They also got hitched according to Hindu rituals. The couple welcomed their daughter on October 24, 2017.

Asin worked in popular Hindi films like 'Bol Bachchan', 'London Dreams' and 'Ready'. She also featured in several South films including 'Dasavathaaram', 'Sivakasi'. The B-town diva decided to quit acting after her marriage.
