Ganapath: Kriti Sanon To Star Opposite Tiger Shroff, Her FIRST Look Will Make You Excited For Film

Kriti Sanon and Tiger Shroff, who made their Bollywood debut with 'Heropanti', will be seen sharing screen-space again in 'Ganapath'.

The wait is finally over! The makers of ‘Ganapath’ have announced the name of the leading lady. It’s none other Kriti Sanon, who will be seen romancing Tiger Shroff in the upcoming flick. Tiger and Kriti, who made their Bollywood debut with ‘Heropanti’ in 2014, will be seen together after several years on the big screen.

Shroff took to social media to welcome his heroine in ‘Ganapath’. The ‘Student Of The Year 2’ actor called Kriti a ‘bundle of talent’ and expressed his excitement on working with her again. He wrote, “Khatam hua intezaar @kritisanon. Super excited to work with this bundle of talent again.”

Kriti Sanon can be seen riding a bike in the motion poster of ‘Ganapath’. Her look in the action drama is making waves on social media. The ‘Housefull 4’ actress dropped a comment on Tiger’s post and said that she is also excited for the flick. She commented, “Tigyyyy! tooooo excited.”

Kriti, who was last seen in ‘Panipat’ opposite Arjun Kapoor, revealed her character name while sharing the motion poster. The ‘Diwale’ actress is playing the role of Jassi in ‘Ganapath’.

“Meet JASSI !! Super Duper Excited for this one!! Teaming up once again with my very special tigerjackieshroff. Can't wait for the shoot to begin! Lets KILL it,” the caption for the post read.

According to Bollywood trade analyst and critic Taran Adarsh, the shoot for ‘Ganapath’ will commence in mid-2021. The film will be directed by Vikas Bahl, who has helmed films like ‘Queen’ and ‘Super 30’.The upcoming film will release in cinema halls in 2022. Vashu Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh and Jackky Bhagnani have joined hands with Vikas Bahl to produce the movie.

On the professional front, Kriti has several exciting projects in her kitty including ‘Mimi’ and ‘Bachchan Pandey’. ‘Bachchan Pandey’, which also stars Akshay Kumar and Jacqueline Fernandez, is slated to hit the silver screens on January 26, 2022.

Talking about Tiger Shroff, the ‘War’ star will be next seen in ‘Heropanti 2’. The movie will release on July 16, 2021. Shroff will romance his ‘SOTY 2’ co-star Tara Sutaria in the sequel of ‘Heropanti’. He also has ‘Rambo’ and ‘Baaghi 4’ in pipeline.
