Disha Patani’s Father Jagdish Patani Is Not COVID-19 Positive; Says Actress’ Team
Yesterday, there were reports doing the rounds that Jagdish Patani, who is the Deputy SP of Uttar Pradesh and also Disha Patani’s father is COVID-19 positive. The ‘Radhe’ actress’ team rubbishes the claim saying ‘he’s doing fine’. Read details.
The news of Disha Patani’s father and two more officers of the vigilance unit of the Uttar Pradesh power department testing positive for COVID-19 was making headlines yesterday. The ‘Malang’ actress has studied Engineering before venturing into Bollywood and hails from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Her father is the Deputy SP of Uttar Pradesh and her mother is a health inspector. Reportedly, Jagdish Patani’s team travelled to Lucknow from Bareilly to investigate a transformer scam and he along with two others contracted the novel coronavirus.

However, Disha Patani’s team rubbished all the reports and assured that he is all fine. Earlier, it was reported by PTI that the Zonal Chief Engineer’s office was kept closed for 48 hours after three officers were diagnosed.
Disha is an avid social media user. Since the commencement of lockdown in the country, she is currently enjoying her quarantine days in Mumbai. She keeps on sharing glimpses of her life with her fans. The ‘Bharat’ actress is a pet lover and it is evident from her social media.
The actress took to her Instagram on Father’s Day to wish her superhero. She wrote, “Love you my superhero”
Speaking on the work front, the ‘Baaghi 2’ actress was last seen in ‘Malang’ alongside Aditya Roy Kapur, Anil Kapoor, Kunal Kemmu and others. She will be next seen starring opposite Salman Khan in ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ which was slated to release in the month of May. However, things took a different turn and lockdown was implemented in the whole country including shutting down of the theatres. Reportedly, the movie will now hot the screens on Republic Day 2021.
