Deepak Tijori KICKED OUT of his house; Actor realizes his MARRIAGE was NULL

But this happened in real with Bollywood actor and Ex-Bigg Boss contestant Deepak Tijori. Actor found out that his marriage is null and void. How? Let us explain you! Deepak Tijori has been married to Shivani Tomar from last 20 years. But their marriage hit a rough patch recently and actor’s wife kicked him out of their house. It was then that actor found that from a lawyer that his wife had never divorced her first husband, making his marriage null to her. According to a report in SpotBoye.com, Shivani suspected Deepak of having an ‘extramarital’ affair and demanded maintenance from the actor under the 125 CRPC. This led to Deepak seek help from a counselor, and found the shocking reality of his marriage. He has counter filed a case of nulled marriage on Shivani, and the matter is being heard in a family court in Bandra. One of Deepak’s friend told portal, “Shivani’s marriage to Deepak is null and void if she hadn’t divorced her first husband. So why should Deepak maintain her cost of living?” He further added “Samara is not a minor, she is 20 years old. So she doesn’t qualify for maintenance. As far as her relationship with her father goes, it’s nice but tilted in favour of Shivani; Samara is closer to Shivani than to Deepak.”
