Drugs On Cruise Ship Case | Aryan Khan's Bail Plea Rejected By Mumbai’s Special NDPS Court

New Delhi: Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s bail application has been rejected by Mumbai’s special NDPS court today. The star kid has been lodged in Arthur Road jail ever since he got arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) earlier this month. Aryan Khan was arrested along with 7 others during a raid by the NCB on a cruise ship rave party off the Mumbai coast. Reportedly, the cruise was headed towards Goa.
Aryan Khan’s bail plea has been rejected a number of times by the court. Now, according to the latest update, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri’s son Aryan Khan’s bail plea has once again been rejected by a special NDPS court in Mumbai today.
According to a report of PTI, “Special court refuses to grant bail to Aryan Khan, son of actor Shah Rukh Khan, in cruise drugs seizure case”.
A report in ANI also read, “Drugs on cruise ship case | We are trying to move the bail application in Bombay High Court today. The other two are also likely to move bail applications in the High Court today: Ali Kasif, Arbaaz Merchant's lawyer”.
Aryan Khan has been in Arthur Road jail since October 8, and was also under NCB custody for a brief period of time before that. Reportedly, the NCB has found the mention of drugs in one of the WhatsApp chats of SRK’s son Aryan Khan. He was detained by the central investigating agency on October 2, and the star kid got arrested by the NCB on October 3, 2021.
A report in ANI reads, “Drugs-on-cruise case | Mumbai NCB says it has submitted WhatsApp chats of Aryan Khan in the court. Police has found a drug related WhatsApp chats that are allegedly between Aryan Khan and a debut Actress: NCB”.
Aryan Khan has been arrested with 7 others including Munmun Dhamecha, and Arbaaz A Merchantt.
