Arjun Kapoor is a National Level Basketball Player in his upcoming flick!

New Delhi – Bollywood Actor Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor have started shooting for the Film ‘Half Girlfriend’. Film is adaption of the  famous novel by Chetan Bhagat with the same name. Arjun kapoor will be seen playing character of a Madhav Jha, who will is a National Level Basketball Player whereas shradhha will be playing madhav’s love interest, Riya. Actor has also been training with the International Basketball Players from USA to master the sport. Chetan Bhagat posted few pictures on the twitter showing the start of the shoot.

Film is directed by Mohit Suri and is produced by chetan bhagat, Ekta Kapoor , Shobha Kapoor as well as by mohit suri. Half Girlfriend will be shot in various locations of Delhi, New York and Bihar. Film is slated to be released in January 2017.
