Amitabh Bachchan Thanks Fans For Their Wishes & Prayers: 'My Unending Gratitude And Love'

Amitabh Bachchan expressed gratitude to the fans for praying for his family's speedy recovery.

New Delhi: Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan took to Twitter and Instagram to thank the fans for their warm wishes and prayers. Big B expressed gratitude to his well-wishers for praying for his family’s recovery. The ‘Agneepath’ actor and his son Abhishek Bachchan tested positive for Coronavirus on Saturday. The two actors shared the news with their fans on social media. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and daughter Aaradhya Bachchan tested positive for COVID-19 in their second test on Sunday afternoon. The 'Deewar' actor thanked the fans for their 'eternal love and affection' in his next tweet. "T 3592 - It shall not be possible for me to acknowledge and respond to all the prayers and wishes expressed by them that have shown concern towards Abhishek, Aishwarya, Aaradhya and me .. I put my hands together and say ..Thank you for your eternal love and affection," Senior Bachchan wrote on the micro-blogging site.
Abhishek Bachchan revealed that Aishwarya and Aaradhya will be observing self-quarantine at their home in Mumbai. His also informed that Jaya Bachchan and other family members have tested negative. They will be self quarantining at home. The BMC has been updated of their situation and are doing the needful.The rest of the family including my Mother have tested negative. Thank you all for your wishes and prayers," the 'Manmarziyaan' actor tweeted.
The father-son duo will stay at Mumbai's Nanavati hospital till the doctors approve of their discharge. "My father and I remain in hospital till the doctors decide otherwise. Everyone please remain cautious and safe. Please follow all rules!," Abhishek wrote.
On the professional front, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in 'Gulabo Sitabo', which premiered directly on Amazon Prime. The film co-starring Ayushmann Khurrana received good reviews from the fans and critics. We wish the Bachchans a speedy recovery. Stay tuned for more updates!
