The young and talented Alaya F has been very active in sharing her fitness videos in which she is accomplishing her fitness goals. The actress shared a video of her fun Thursday fitness routine where she can be seen getting into a tough Yoga posture.

Recently, Alaya took to her social media sharing a video of her fitness routine. The actress can be seen putting her efforts to achieve a correct Yoga posture. She mentioned the fun she is having while trying hard to focus and balance for the same in the caption -
