New Delhi: Since the COVID-19 pandemic broke out in the country, many Bollywood celebrities have tested positive for the virus including Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Genelia Deshmukh and others. On September 6, Arjun Kapoor also took to his Instagram and informed everyone that he has tested positive for coronavirus and as he is asymptomatic, he has isolated himself at home under the advice of the doctors. Well, reportedly, his girlfriend Malaika Arora has also tested positive for the virus. One of Bollywood’s favourite couples Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora have been reportedly spending the quarantine period with each other. Soon after the news of the ‘Panipat’ actor testing positive for COVID-19 broke out, Malaika Arora also confirmed that she has tested positive too while in conversation with a leading daily. Malaika told Times Of India that she has tested positive for the virus and have quarantined herself as she is asymptomatic. She assured that she will bounce back healthier and stronger. She was quoted saying, “Yes, I have tested positive. I am asymptomatic and have self-quarantined at home. I will bounce back healthier and stronger.” Arjun Kapoor also wrote in his social media, “It is my duty to inform all of you that I have tested positive for coronavirus. I’m feeling ok and I’m asymptomatic. I have isolated myself at home under the advice of doctors and authorities, and will be under home quarantine.”

Many Bollywood celebrities including his sister Sonam Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Kriti Sanon, Ayushmann Khurrana and others wished the actor a healthy and a speedy recovery. Watch this space for more updates.
